How it Works: 5-Step Process

As a boutique photographer, my mission is to take the images from your session and turn them into beautiful pieces of artwork that you and your loved ones can cherish for years to come. To ensure my clients receive the best experience possible, I follow the 5-step process below. Feel free to review this process to learn more about each step. I. COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Before working with a client, I have a brief 15-minute phone conversation with them to discuss products, services, pricing, and their expectations. If it's a good fit, we move on to step 2 and schedule a planning appointment.


II. PLANNING APPOINTMENT

During the planning appointment, I meet with the client in person to plan the photo session in detail. We will work out all details of the session, including the session date and time, photography location, and wardrobe options. A full list of products and services will also be provided to the client at this time. Products and services are available à la carte or they can be bundled together in a package.


III. PHOTO SESSION

On the day of the photo session, I meet the client at the designated photography location at the agreed-upon time. The photo session will play out according to the plans laid out during the planning appointment. Unless otherwise discussed, the photo session will last up to 60 minutes and will conclude once all necessary images are captured.


IV. ORDERING APPOINTMENT

About 2 weeks after the photo session, I will meet the client in person for the ordering appointment. I will show the client a presentation featuring photographs from their session and help them select the best images. At this time, the client may place a custom order for digital images, photographic prints, photo albums, etc.


V. ARTWORK DELIVERY

After the custom order arrives, which can take up to 4-6 weeks after the ordering appointment, I meet with the client in person to hand deliver their artwork. The client then has the opportunity to review everything and make sure it's up to their standards. Once everything is approved, we're all set!
